The LC Series is the classic counter-flow open cooling tower line of LANXUN. It uses a counter-flow heat exchange structure — hot water sprays downward from above while air passes upward through the fill, achieving the fullest air-water contact. The series holds all four major international certifications (CTI, FM, CE, UL). With a compact body, its footprint is about 30% smaller than cross-flow towers, making it especially suited to rooftop and indoor installations with limited space. Covering 30 standard C-type models, from the compact single-fan LC-18181C to large multi-fan parallel units, it meets a wide range of cooling demands.

Working Principle
The new LC series ultra-low-noise eco-friendly cooling tower adopts world-leading automated production equipment together with new technologies, new materials, and new processes, delivering a new generation of low-energy, high-efficiency products. With superior cooling performance, excellent noise handling, easy maintenance, and durability, it is an ideal choice when purchasing equipment.
The LC series is a CTI counter-flow open cooling tower. Design conditions: inlet water temperature 37℃, outlet water temperature 32℃, wet-bulb temperature 28℃, dry-bulb temperature 31.5℃, atmospheric pressure 9.94×10⁴Pa, wind pressure design <47m/s.
From 2013 to date, LANXUN has accumulated 11 series, including the LC series, certified to the CTI standard STD-201(21) for thermal performance; the LC series also holds US FM and EU CE certifications.
Low-Noise Axial Fan
The LANXUN LXSS series low-noise cooling fan has a sound output 20dB(A) lower than comparable conventional cooling fans; the integrally reinforced shaft and integrated blade design gives the fan a design life of up to 40 years.
Square Spray Water Distribution
The water distribution system uses internally rotating square spray nozzles that resist clogging, ensure even water spraying onto the fill, and are easy to remove for maintenance, achieving virtually zero maintenance and zero failure.
Trapezoidal-Wave Film Fill
The tower core is vacuum-formed from premium modified PVC sheet; the trapezoidal-wave film fill achieves an effective water-spreading surface coverage of over 98%, withstands temperatures of 50℃~68℃, and reaches flame-retardant grade B1 or above.
G235 Galvanized Steel Frame
The tower frame and panels are made of highly corrosion-resistant, extra-heavy galvanized steel; the top-grade G235 frame effectively withstands Category 12 typhoons and magnitude-8 earthquakes and is verified by shake-table testing for seismic resistance, with no weld points.
Fully Enclosed Motor Drive
The drive system uses a high-efficiency fully enclosed motor designed for the hot, humid cooling tower environment with a waterproof bearing design; direct, belt, and gear drives are available, and the imported bearings have a design life of ≥20,000h.
